A Line of Credit from moneycreditline.com gives you more flexible funding and repayment options than other short-term credit products. With a line of credit, you apply only once and can request advances as often as you need up to your available credit limit. There are several repayment options to choose from, including making minimum payments gradually over time or repaying your balance in full to reduce interest. While we hope a payment is never returned, we do charge a $30.00 fee on returned payments and a late fee of the greater of $7.50 or 5% of principal on late payments

In order to keep your cost of credit as low as possible, we use third party data in our underwriting efforts to help ensure borrowers can and will pay back their loans.

However, in the event that a customer does go into default, we may leverage email, phone, physical mail and use of third party agencies in our attempts to collect payment.If you don’t make a payment on time we will attempt to contact you via one or more authorized methods. All of our collections methods will be in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). Because we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus, late or non-payment of your loan may negatively impact your credit rating. If you fail to repay your loan in accordance with its terms, we may place your loan with or sell your loan to a third- party collection agency. Late or missing payments will not result in civil suit or criminal liability.

We do report customer transaction history both good and bad to our credit partners.
